The price includes accommodation, bed linen and TV. For short stays of one to six nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included, excluding the kitchen area and dishes. The following services are available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. A grocery delivery service is available during the winter season (charges apply). Paid parking is subject to availability at EUR 55 per week in winter and EUR 50 per week in summer; guests are invited to contact the residence directly to confirm availability.

For invoice requests, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers a €40 activity voucher per apartment in Chamonix for stays of at least seven nights, valid with the partner Evolution 2 Chamonix. Guests can enjoy outdoor experiences such as rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, hydrospeed and hiking. The voucher is provided upon arrival. Activities require prior registration and remain subject to availability. As these activities are organised by independent partners of Pierre & Vacances, the programme may be subject to change.

La salle de bains privative est pourvue d’une baignoire ou d’une douche. La kitchenette entièrement équipée s’ouvre sur la pièce à vivre. Vous devrez nettoyer la cuisine avant votre départ. Certains hébergements possèdent un balcon. Le salon et la chambre sont séparés par une cloison mobile. Orientation : Nord ou Sud Le salon possède un lit gigogne comme lit d’appoint (recommandé pour les enfants).
